What diet should I eat to reduce belly fat?
Reducing belly fat is a challenging task but with determination and the right diet plan you can surely achieve it as I did.
Back in the days when I was trying to reduce my belly I remember trying many diet plans and tips but none of them seemed to be working until stumbled upon a diet that helped me to attain the belly size I wanted.
The diet that I am talking about is the ketogenic diet plan and you should use this if you want to reduce your belly fat.
You might be wondering what is the keto diet.
Well, it is a low-carb, high-fat diet that helps you lower your blood sugar and insulin levels and shifts your body’s metabolism away from carbs and toward fat.
Studies have shown that the keto diet can help you lose weight and improve your health. Even diabetes, cancer, epilepsy, and Alzheimer's disease have been shown to be treated with it.
The keto diet works on one main principle, which is ketosis. Ketosis is a metabolic state in which your body uses fat for fuel instead of carbs.
During this condition, carbohydrates are substantially reduced, which limits your body's ability to use glucose (sugar), which is the primary energy source for cells.
When this happens your belly fat will drastically reduce since your body is no longer using glucose to provide you with energy but the fat.
