To create a Password Reset Disk, you will need a Pan Drive, you can take any pen drive, after that you put Pen-drive in your computer, 

• Now open the control panel and select the user account 
• In the user account, you will see the option of create password reset disk in the sidebar
• Click on it, click here, the Forgotten password wizard will open
• Follow this, at one place you will be asked the current user account password, 
• Add it and Next, your password reset disk will be ready.

When you forget your computer's password, put a password reset disk on your computer, 

• Enter any incorrect password once in the Password window. 
• Immediately you will see a Reset password option under the Password window.
• Click on it and create a new password.
